Do you accept walk-ins?
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to take walk-ins. We suggest you book online, on the Vagaro App or call us directly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we do not take cash as payment.
How do I book online?
We've made booking online simple and easy for you. Just select the service, date, time, and artist - if you have a fave, and simply follow the instructions on the screen. Note, if you do not have an artist preference, one will be automatically selected for you.

what is your Cancellation policy?
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS:
Rain, snow or shine, VERBENA parlor adheres to a strict 12-hour cancellation and downgrade policy for all service appointments. This policy allows us to accommodate the high demand for appointments and guarantees a full days wage for our licensed nail artists and professional staff. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online. If for any reason you miss an appointment, are more than 10 minutes late, or downgrade your service, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings with less than 12 hours notice. Same-day cancellations, service downgrades, and no-shows will be charged the full-service fee of your original scheduled appointment. Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking or through calling the salon. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email or direct messaging from Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, or Google.
50% SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING FEE:
For same-day rescheduling, we charge 50% of the original service booked regardless if you are rescheduling with the same nail artist or not. In addition, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your rescheduled appointment.
Same-day appointments are FINAL.
Group Cancellations:
For parties of two or more, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups who cancel without notice or fail to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled, plus 20 percent gratuity.
What if I'm late?
As we are located in Uptown Dallas, please allow yourself some time for parking and arrive at least five minutes early to check in and browse our extensive color selection. We encourage you to browse our menu of services prior to your appointment.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call and let us know. We will call late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we are unable to contact you, your appointment time will be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time or cancelled if the remaining time is not sufficient for any services. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
What kind of manicures and pedicure
does Verbena offer?
We specialize in natural healthy manicures and pedicures. We believe in pushing cuticles and not cutting them. Because your cuticles are a part of your skin, cutting them or tearing them could lead to pesky skin irritation or harmful skin infections. Not only that, but cutting one’s cuticles will stifle nail growth and often lead to aesthetic issues such as bumps, ridges, and bruises. We offer our services in polish lacquer, gel, and dip powders using only 5-free, 7-free, and 10-free nail products. Unfortunately, we do not offer acrylics.

Where can I park?
We do not have a private parking lot, but there is free parking along the surrounding streets and a parking garage behind our parlor which is Pay-to-Park.
Do you remove existing gel or dip powder?
If you have an existing gel or dip powder mani or pedi, please be sure to book your service with a gel or dip removal. Indicating removal at the time of booking ensures we have enough time to properly take off your gel or dip nails, so your nails stay healthy and strong.
Do you remove acrylic nails?
Unfortunately we aren't able to work with acrylics. Please have them removed before your visit.
What makes your parlor eco-friendly?
We work hard to set guidelines and implement policies that reduce and minimize harm to the environment.
For example, we use pedicure bowls instead of the traditional old fashion jet pedicure chairs. Our pedicure bowls are BPA, toxin free and recyclable. Our strategy saves up to 10 gallons of water per use, is eco-friendly and more hygienic. Jet pedicure chairs breed bacteria in their pipes and are very difficult to completely sanitize. Some salons uses plastic liners, which doesn’t really address the source of bacteria issues, because the water is still has to go through contaminated pipes. Besides, that’s just more plastic and elastic in our land-fields.
In our cafe, our disposable paper cups, plastic lids and straws are biodegradable and we encourage our customers to bring their own to-go cup by offering them a 10 percent discount on their beverages purchases.
Can I bring my dog with me?
We love our clients and their pups, but unfortunately the health department limits us from accommodating them in our parlor. We appreciate your understanding.
